Last updated: October 4, 2026

Draft: these terms describe how JaoPor works today. They have not been legally reviewed yet and may change.

These terms apply to your use of JaoPor (jaopor.vercel.app). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Questions about these terms: jaopordev@gmail.com

1. Your account

  • You sign in with Google or GitHub and are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Your profile and projects must be your own. Don't impersonate another person or organisation.

2. Content you publish

  • Your projects, posts, images and comments remain yours. You must have the right to publish them.
  • You allow JaoPor to display and share what you publish, including share images and cards made from it, to run the service and help people discover your work.
  • When you delete content or your account, we stop showing it as described in our privacy policy.

3. Verified numbers

  • Verified numbers come from the services you connect, as those services report them. JaoPor doesn't audit your accounts and doesn't guarantee their accounting or tax accuracy.
  • Numbers on JaoPor are not investment or acquisition advice.
  • Don't fake or distort numbers, for example with fake sales or by connecting an account that doesn't belong to the project.

4. What's not allowed

  • Spam, harassment, or illegal content.
  • Accessing data or systems without permission, or trying to get around usage limits or security.
  • Automated bulk collection that disrupts the service.

5. Keeping the community safe

  • We may hide or remove content, and delete accounts, that break these terms.
  • You can report posts, comments, messages or users from the “Report” menu.

6. The service

  • JaoPor is provided as is. It may change, pause, or contain errors.
  • To the extent the law allows, JaoPor is not liable for indirect damages from using the site.

7. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update this page and the date above. Continuing to use JaoPor after that means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
